Hey there! Today, I want to talk to you about predicting the future. I recently came across an interesting article discussing trends and predictions for the upcoming years. You know, those lists that claim to have the ten best predictions for 2024 or the fifty best of something. But here's the thing - can last year's performance really determine what lies ahead?
Whether you had a fantastic year or faced challenges like the rest of us, it's important to remember that the past doesn't necessarily dictate the future. Predicting the future based solely on what has already happened implies a linear way of thinking, assuming that whatever occurred yesterday will repeat itself tomorrow and the day after. But that's not how the world works.
